Sammy recently graduated from a 2-year massage therapy program at WCCMT. His primary goal is to help patients achieve a pain-free, healthy, active life which can be achieved by educating patients to help them understand the potential underlying issues that may be creating a hindrance in their recovery. Having overcome his injuries from motor vehicle accidents, he can relate to patients at a deeper level and understand that pain can be experienced even when everything seems perfectly normal. Pain can cause stress and anxiety to spike and massage can help ease the pain and promote relaxation. All his treatments are individually catered to each patient’s needs.

Suzy graduated with a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Trinity Western University over two decades ago. She has never viewed “clinical counselling” or “psychotherapy” as her career. Instead, She takes it as a privilege and honour which allows her to walk alongside with each of her clients encountering different and unique experiences in their lives.
Suzy is always open-minded in her counselling approach in order to fit with individual’s situation and needs. In general, Suzy leans towards a more holistic, humanistic, and client-centered approach because she values each person as a whole individual and hope each of her clients will make full meaning out of their fulfilled existence. For the past 3 years, Suzy went back to polish her counselling skills in a specific psychotherapeutic approach called Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (GLE-International), which not only enables her to deepen her professional skills in practicing clinical counselling and psychotherapy, but also enhances her view on the meaning of our full existence.

Recovering from a concussion can make the world feel uncertain, as if your sense of safety and stability has shifted overnight. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by the physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges that follow. But this difficult time doesn’t have to define your future. Instead, it can become the starting point for resilience and renewal. If you’re ready to find your way forward, I am here to support you.
Your path to recovery is personal, and it begins with understanding how your concussion has impacted you—both physically and emotionally. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I will listen closely to your experience and work with you to uncover what will help. There will be days when progress feels slow, and other days when you feel stronger. That’s part of the process, and together we can develop the skills and emotional habits you need to manage the ups and downs of recovery.
I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you cope with the emotional effects of a concussion, whether it’s anxiety, frustration, or a sense of loss. As you build emotional resilience, you’ll find that over time, the tools we worked on together will empower you to take control of your own healing. My ultimate goal is to support you until you feel confident moving forward on your own.
